Sauteed Green Beans respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged infringements and for users to submit counter-notifications when their content has been mistakenly removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (Takedown Notice)

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Counter-Notification to a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that the material you posted on Sauteed Green Beans was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material removed: A specific identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific page(s) where the material appeared).

  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Sauteed Green Beans may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).
